Easy! Just stalk your way through our site until you locate the shop link. This link can always be found at the very top and bottom of any page. Add what you want to your crypt (a.k.a. cart), and check out before the full moon rises.

We take credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Klarna and the occasional soul… kidding (mostly).

Yes—you’ll get an email from our creator Taylor, that says, “ Welcome to the Horde!” . If it doesn’t appear, check your spam coffin. The email address you will receive this confirmation from is taylor.mansur@taylormadecostumedesign.com.

Returns & Refunds

We want you screaming with delight, not disappointment. If something’s wrong, reach out within 3 days of delivery. Conditions apply—read the fine print, or summon us directly.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right—refund, replacement, or store credit. During the Halloween season however, we cannot accept returns on orders placed prior to Halloween, anytime after Halloween as this turns a purchase into more of a rental.

Yes, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and hasn’t been dragged through the graveyard. Shipping costs may apply. Again, as with refunds, during the Halloween season, we cannot accept exchanges on orders placed anytime after Halloween.

Every piece is custom-crafted with deliberate distressing, so grunge, gore, and grit are part of the look. If you wanted pristine, you’re in the wrong crypt.

We currently ship within the U.S. only due to the current tarriffs. If you’re not sure we deliver to your lair, just ask.

Most paint orders will ship next business day, with the exclusion of weekends. Custom builds take extra time. However, if you ordered a custom costume piece, please add us to your email contacts so that you can receive timely updates if there are delays!

Yes! If you’ve got a haunt, con, or apocalypse deadline, choose expedited at checkout. We’ll get it to you faster than a bat out of hell.

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your package’s spooky little journey to your doorstep.
Products & Services

A Zoom consultation is required for all custom projects to confirm project details and to verify that the request is being made by a real client. This meeting allows us to discuss design intent, scope, timelines, and expectations to ensure the best possible outcome.
If a scheduled Zoom meeting is missed without prior notice, a $50 deposit will be required to reschedule. This deposit helps account for reserved time and administrative preparation and will be applied toward the project total once the meeting has been successfully completed.

No. Though our paints are water-based and non-toxic, they are made for costumes, props, and fabric. Please do not use on your face or direct contact with real warm-blooded, human skin. For body use, grab cosmetic-grade stuff.

Absolutely! If you dream it, we’ll stitch it. Contact us to discuss your monstrous vision.

Yes! Our Undead Collection kits bundle our most grotesquely beloved shades. Currently the kits are available in 8 oz and 16 oz bottles, however if you’re in need of a larger size we offer 32 oz as well, just drop us a line.

Yes—most are listed with size details, and many are one-of-a-kind. Always check the listing or message us if you’re unsure.

We do have a local studio, however it is not opened to the public. Visits are by appointment only.

Please note that submitting this form does not create a formal client relationship, contract, or legally binding nondisclosure agreement. If your project requires additional confidentiality protections, a separate written NDA may be requested and signed before confidential materials are exchanged or work begins.
Any concepts, designs, estimates, recommendations, photographs, or other materials created or provided by TaylorMade Costume Design remain the intellectual property of TaylorMade Costume Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Client-owned materials and confidential project information remain the property of the client or original owner.
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided, subject to any legal, accounting, or business-record requirements that may apply. You may also withdraw your consent to future communications, although doing so may affect our ability to respond to or complete your inquiry.
By contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this privacy statement and consent to the collection and use of your information as described above. You also consent to being contacted regarding your inquiry by email, phone, text message, or social media.
