Easy! Just stalk your way through our site until you locate the shop link. This link can always be found at the very top and bottom of any page. Add what you want to your crypt (a.k.a. cart), and check out before the full moon rises.

We take credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Klarna and the occasional soul… kidding (mostly).

Yes—you’ll get an email from our creator Taylor, that says, “ Welcome to the Horde! ️” . If it doesn’t appear, check your spam coffin. The email address you will receive this confirmation from is taylor.mansur@taylormadecostumedesign.com.

Returns & Refunds

We want you screaming with delight, not disappointment. If something’s wrong, reach out within 3 days of delivery. Conditions apply—read the fine print, or summon us directly.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right—refund, replacement, or store credit. During the Halloween season however, we cannot accept returns on orders placed prior to Halloween, anytime after Halloween as this turns a purchase into more of a rental.

Yes, as long as the item is unworn, unused, and hasn’t been dragged through the graveyard. Shipping costs may apply. Again, as with refunds, during the Halloween season, we cannot accept exchanges on orders placed anytime after Halloween.

Every piece is custom-crafted with deliberate distressing, so grunge, gore, and grit are part of the look. If you wanted pristine, you’re in the wrong crypt.

We currently ship within the U.S. only due to the current tarriffs. If you’re not sure we deliver to your lair, just ask.

Most paint orders will ship next business day, with the exclusion of weekends. Custom builds take extra time—art doesn’t rush, it lurks. However, if you ordered a custom costume piece, please add us to your email contacts so that you can receive timely updates if there are delays!

Yes! If you’ve got a haunt, con, or apocalypse deadline, choose expedited at checkout. We’ll get it to you faster than a bat out of hell.

No—Though our paints are water-based and non-toxic, they are made for costumes, props, and fabric. Please do not use on your face or direct contact with real warm-blooded, human skin. For body use, grab cosmetic-grade stuff.

Yes—our Undead Collection kits bundle our most grotesquely beloved shades. Currently the kits are available in 8 oz and 16 oz bottles, however if you’re in need of a larger size we offer 32 oz as well, just drop us a line. They are perfect for building an army of the damned.

Yes—most are listed with size details, and many are one-of-a-kind. Always check the listing or message us if you’re unsure.
